Convocation, Day of self-realisation :)

Since I am 3rd in my department, i thought i will be receiving my degree on stage( as my parents are coming to see convocation, i have deeper wish), but to my surprise college announced that only department topper will be receiving the medal on stage. I felt really bad from the day the news was announced, i am disappointed so much and was not able enjoy the moment. During the convo i went to deep thoughts upon the incident. Then i realised some thing great, i have achieved want i predicted during my college life in relation to academics, so why should i get disappointed? These are few things i want to achieve 

• Get a CGPA of >9.13(don't ask me why 9.13, it just first cutoff i have made in first few days of  college life)
  
• To be in the top 3 for the final year, since it will fetch me Honor on the stage during institute day 2009, which i wanted my parents to receive.

And i realised i made it, my CGPA > 9.13 and i am in top 3 for the final year, so from that moment i stopped cribbing about not letting me on stage and started enjoying "the moment", Our Convocation. By this time the chief guest started talking, and it's good. Spent a great time with our juniors, batch mates, fellow gultis, playing cricket, meeting Master Ashok Raj, my Karate Master, chatting with faculty of ur college and so on. Finally there ended the "4th Convocation of NITT", one of the moment of achievement of the life for me and and memorable moment for my parents :). Gone home from there to celebrate Vinayaka Chathurdhi with parents.

Wow, To my surprise i got a chance to go to Google,MTV

Its about 2 months i joined Google, took off my first days of leave from 28th Aug-2nd Sep, as there is convocation on 29th, and Vinayaka Chathurdhi on 3rd.  Have returned from the trip on 4th, the train got delayed, it added to my lazying that resulted in bunking office that day(Ha ha started bunking office, bad, very bad !!). On the next day to my surprise, my MTV buddy asked me if i am interested in coming to US and work from there, I can't express my happiness when i heard this, they asked me to come immediately, Wat the , i don't have visa, so started visa process, and lot of things, but at the end after receiving the visa, i felt, i have over done lot about visa, wasted lot of time on it. What ever the reason might be i finally got my visa, Rescheduled the travel 2 times and decided to leave on 27th let's see what more is in store for me?
